Our inspections always begin where you tell us you’ve noticed activity. As the one living in the house, you have the most insight into what’s going on, and we value your experience in aiding our efforts to eliminate your infestation. Once we’ve inspected the areas where you’ve noticed activity, we’ll examine the rest of the structure, looking for harborage areas and areas of entry. We’ll then explain what we’ve found and what we need to do to get rid of the rodents and stop future infestations. Finally, we’ll provide you with a proposal for our services.​

If you move forward with our treatment, the first order of business is getting rid of your current infestation. We’ll set snap traps in strategic locations based on the activity we documented during our inspection.​

While some homeowners stop after we eliminate the infestation, often there is more to do to ensure your home is secure. Our removal & sanitation service removes any rodents that have died inside your home and sanitizes all the areas where they spent the majority of their time. Since rodents leave a big mess behind, including urine and feces, these areas must be carefully cleaned to protect your family’s health. Wearing the proper personal protective equipment, we will:

• Decontaminate with an antibacterial decontaminant

• Wipe down cables and wires with a decontaminant

• Remove and replace damaged insulation 

In addition to eliminating your rodent infestation and sanitizing the affected areas, we also offer an exclusion service. To prevent another rodent infestation, the entry points around your home must be sealed so they are unable to re-enter. We will seal the entry points at all levels (from the ground floor to the roof), thereby preventing new infestations.

We inspect the exterior, identify the rodent species and entry points, and diagram any areas needing repair or replacement. We then review the project with you and provide a written estimate.

​Based on your needs and comfort level, we set traps and return periodically to inspect, clean, and reset them. The process typically lasts 30 days with scheduled visits. 

Our organic rodent repellent option, made from plant oils, helps deter rats and mice from shrubs, gardens, landscaped areas, fence lines, and building foundations. Its sweet, pungent citronella and peppermint scent irritates rodents’ sense of smell while remaining safe around people and pets. For best results, we reapply it about every 30 days. The repellent does not kill rodents; it makes them avoid the treated property. Some customers have also reported fewer biting insects.
